Parkway is proud to announce the completion of a guest room remodel at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel in Plano, Texas, for ARA US Hospitality Trust. Serving as both the architect of record and general contractor, Parkway led this Phase 1 renovation from design through construction. The project focused on converting a former presidential suite into five new guest rooms on the 15th floor. Each room was designed to mirror the layout and standards of the hotel’s lower floors, preserving the consistency and elegance expected from the Marriott Renaissance brand. Additional improvements included partial interior corridor renovation, new floor finishes, updated wall lighting, and light mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work.
Executing a hospitality renovation within an active hotel environment requires careful planning and precise coordination.
