Arrow Senior Living partnered with Parkway Construction & Architecture to complete parallel $1 million interior refreshes at two occupied independent-living communities—Curtis Creek in Quincy, Illinois, and The Gardens at Arkanshire in Springdale, Arkansas. Spanning 80,000 SF and 95,000 SF respectively, the program modernized corridors, offices, and common areas with new finishes, decorative lighting, and custom millwork—all while maintaining full resident operations.
Our teams carefully sequenced work wing-by-wing to keep safety systems active and minimize disruption. By leveraging prefabricated elements and local trade partners, Parkway compressed schedules, limited dust and noise, and delivered consistent, brand-aligned upgrades to support Arrow’s vision for welcoming, modern living environments.

His foundation in client service and recruitment for real estate and private equity firms has sharpened his ability to understand unique business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Before joining Parkway, Joe spent nearly two years at a general contracting firm, where he specialized in self-storage and medical manufacturing projects. This experience gave him valuable insight into the operational complexities and growth potential within these markets, and further fueled his passion for building long-term partnerships.
At Parkway, Joe focuses on lead generation, market research, and relationship development to support strategic growth across emerging and established sectors. His adaptability, strong communication skills, and industry insight make him a key contributor to Parkway’s continued expansion and client success.
