Parkway Construction has officially broken ground on a new StudioRes by Marriott hotel in Clearfield, Utah, serving as Construction Manager / General Contractor for the project.
The 124-room, four-story wood-frame hotel is among the first StudioRes locations under construction in the United States, marking the national rollout of Marriott’s newest midscale extended-stay brand. Parkway is partnering with Concord Hospitality, a leading hospitality developer and operator, to deliver the project.
StudioRes is designed for long-stay guests, with a prototype focused on simplicity, comfort, and operational efficiency. The Clearfield location will include in-room kitchens, communal laundry, a fitness room, and shared social areas.
This milestone adds to Parkway’s growing hospitality portfolio and aligns with the company’s national reach in complex programmatic work.
Earlier this year, Parkway was ranked #29 in the U.S. on BD+C’s Top Hospitality Construction Firms list, and also recognized for its work in hospitality architecture. Learn more about our Marriott StudioRes project in Clearfield, Utah.
