Parkway Construction Ranks Among ENR Top 400 Contractors for 2025
Parkway Construction and Architecture has once again been recognized as one of the top contractors in the nation, earning the #219 spot on Engineering News-Record’s (ENR) 2025 Top 400 Contractors list.
Published annually, the ENR Top 400 ranks general contractors based on revenue for construction services performed in the previous year. Parkway’s inclusion reflects the strength of our coast-to-coast project delivery and continued momentum across key market sectors.
In 2024, Parkway reported over $573 million in revenue, with a growing portfolio of restaurant, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and senior living projects across the country.
One of the company’s most impactful innovations in 2024 was a strategic expansion into the aerospace sector—marked by the completion of Virgin Galactic’s new state-of-the-art spacecraft manufacturing facility and twin hangars in Mesa, Arizona. The project required adapting Parkway’s integrated design-build approach to meet rigorous standards for security, clean manufacturing, and technical infrastructure.
“Our placement on ENR’s Top 400 reflects the strength of our people and the systems behind them,” said Ryan Elmer, CEO of Parkway Construction and Architecture. “We’ve made deliberate investments to bolster our preconstruction capabilities through our 5X Build process—creating more predictable outcomes, reducing risk, and helping our clients make smarter decisions earlier in the project lifecycle.”
