Project Highlights:

Senior Living Remodel in Indianapolis, Indiana

United Church Homes partnered with Parkway Construction & Architecture to modernize and reposition Capitol Station, a 38,245-square-foot senior living community in Indianapolis, Indiana. The remodel upgraded resident units, common areas, and building systems to improve accessibility, extend the facility’s service life, and enhance resident comfort while maintaining full operations.

Parkway’s experience with occupied senior living and HUD-influenced environments supported careful phasing, resident safety, and clear communication throughout construction, minimizing disruption while delivering meaningful improvements aligned with UCH’s mission of safe, affordable, service-rich housing.
