Cinemark underwent a nationwide renovation and upgrade program of their theaters, adding in luxury lounger recliners and new lobby bars. Parkway had an existing relationship with Cinemark Holdings, Inc. since performing general contracting work with them starting in 2010 (Oklahoma City, OK remodel). That relationship translated in a seamless transistion for the entertainment destination to trust Parkway with their seating and remodel projects in 2016.
Parkway went on to remodel 30 bar projects, which entailed removing a section of the existing concession stand and inserting a new bar with modern finishes. The re-seat projects included installing electric-powerered, plush, oversized lounge chairs with footrests and cup holders.
As general contractor for the re-seat and bar roll-out program, Parkway assisted in Cinemark’s goal to enhance their customer and moviegoer experience.
Remodel, Occupied Renovation
A graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Joe brings a results-driven approach to business development, shaped by over seven years of experience in sales across multiple industries. His foundation in client service and recruitment for real estate and private equity firms has sharpened his ability to understand unique business needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Before joining Parkway, Joe spent nearly two years at a general contracting firm, where he specialized in self-storage and medical manufacturing projects. This experience gave him valuable insight into the operational complexities and growth potential within these markets, and further fueled his passion for building long-term partnerships.
At Parkway, Joe focuses on lead generation, market research, and relationship development to support strategic growth across emerging and established sectors. His adaptability, strong communication skills, and industry insight make him a key contributor to Parkway’s continued expansion and client success.

My experience has enabled me to develop budgets, assist with purchasing, manage and forecast costs, ensure quality and safety compliance, maintain schedules, oversee manpower and staffing, track production, and participate in sales and marketing.
