“Parkway Construction and Architecture served as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the finish-out of the Bachendorf’s store located in The Shops at Clearfork, a prestigious shopping center in Fort Worth, TX. Bachendorf’s is renowned for its extensive selection of fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and Swiss timepieces from prestigious brands such as Rolex, Cartier, Breitling, and others.
The store’s finish-out project was designed to align with the luxury branding and aesthetic of both Bachendorf’s and The Shops at Clearfork. This involved high-end interior design elements, sophisticated materials, and meticulous attention to detail to create an elegant and inviting shopping environment that reflects the store’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Before joining Parkway, Joe spent nearly two years at a general contracting firm, where he specialized in self-storage and medical manufacturing projects. This experience gave him valuable insight into the operational complexities and growth potential within these markets, and further fueled his passion for building long-term partnerships.
At Parkway, Joe focuses on lead generation, market research, and relationship development to support strategic growth across emerging and established sectors. His adaptability, strong communication skills, and industry insight make him a key contributor to Parkway’s continued expansion and client success.
