Parkway Construction & Architecture is honored to have partnered with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on the extensive renovation of the San Diego California Temple, one of Southern California’s most recognizable landmarks.
Originally dedicated in 1993, the temple recently underwent a comprehensive renovation and restoration designed to preserve its architectural beauty, enhance the visitor experience, and prepare the facility to serve future generations.
The project included significant interior and exterior improvements throughout the temple, combining careful restoration of historic elements with thoughtful upgrades to building systems, finishes, and spaces throughout the facility.
Now, for the first time in 33 years, the public will have the opportunity to tour the interior of the temple during a free open house held from June 18 through July 11, 2026, excluding Sundays.
Visitors will have the rare opportunity to experience the craftsmanship, architecture, and beauty of the renovated temple before it is rededicated.
