Parkway is proud to support Kura Sushi USA in their continued expansion across the U.S. We’ve recently began preconstruction services on our seventh project together, with four locations already completed in Fort Worth and McKinney, TX; Scottsdale, AZ; and Tacoma, WA. Three additional builds are currently underway in New Jersey, Texas, and Utah. The McKinney location is scheduled to open on April 17!
Kura Sushi’s revolving sushi bar concept—featuring dual conveyor belts, touch-panel ordering, and gamified dining experiences—has made them the largest revolving sushi chain in the U.S.
Our partnership is built on mutual trust and open dialogue. Recently, we collaborated with Kura’s VP, project managers, and design director to refine their construction documents, aiming to streamline their prototype for more efficient delivery and cost-effectiveness.
