Among the projects helping drive Parkway Construction & Architecture’s continued growth across North Texas is the AER tilt-up design-build project in Carrollton, Texas.
This project reflects Parkway’s expertise in delivering fully integrated design-build solutions that combine architectural planning, construction management, and execution under one streamlined process. Utilizing tilt-up concrete construction, the AER facility was designed to provide durability, efficiency, and long-term performance while maintaining a clean, modern industrial aesthetic.
DESIGN BUILD PROJECT HIGHLIGHT– AER MANUFACTURING
Located in Carrollton, TX, the new AER Manufacturing Facility is a 150,000 SF ground-up industrial development designed to support the company’s continued growth in engine remanufacturing operations. Delivered through a collaborative design-build approach, the facility will help AER meet increasing market demand with expanded production capabilities and operational efficiency.
A major milestone on the project was the successful installation of the tilt-wall panels. In just a matter of days, the project site transformed from a slab-on-grade footprint into a fully defined structure—demonstrating the speed, precision, and efficiency that tilt-up construction brings to large-scale industrial projects.
