Be honest, do your job well, love the outcome, trust the process.
That’s what makes us better.” -Ryan Elmer. CEO
We are what we build!
The design and construction teams’ collaboration in the early design phases eliminates the costly change orders, and avoids unforeseen challenges in supply chains and permitting. The process requires ongoing transparency in conversations with the boots on the ground with a trusted ally. Our integrated approach as a collaborative team and central point of responsibility creates a partnership culture focused on one objective: to deliver excellent projects.
Parkway company history
Founded in 1981, Parkway construction began with the belief that customers wanted a trusted partner that provided integrated services to accelerate the building process and improve the overall quality. This concept to completion approach has translated into phenomenal growth, most of it through repeat customers who recognize the bottom-line advantages of our approach. Parkway is now licensed in 49 states and boasts over 6,000 completed projects in an array of industries, including restaurant, entertainment, healthcare, senior living, automotive, industrial, hospitality, worship, education, self-storage, amenity centers, retail, and aerospace.
Parkway is the perfect partner to tailor the building process for national growth, design-build roll outs, and preconstruction needs. We make the process less burdensome by starting from the beginning, assisting with site selection, permitting, fixturing, and procurement. Whether a single-site operator or a multi-site business, Parkway can meet your requirements to become your preferred construction team.
Founder John Elmer was a stickler for detail, in planning, building, and for making sure employees understood expectations and were unencumbered to be excellent. “It’s like family,” one employee says. “We work hard, play hard, and we all hold each other accountable.” As a result, our design-build projects are delivered 33% faster, are 15% less costly, and have an 8% quality improvement over projects using the traditional construction method.
Parkway’s values of integrity, trust, and respect are deeply embedded in the way the company approaches each project. Our goal is to deliver excellent projects for our clients over many years, and our track record demonstrates the success of our projects and our legacy partners demonstrate the loyalty to our process.
