Union Park

The Union Park Amenity Center is at the heart of Del Webb’s resort-style community for 55+ active adults in Little Elm, TX. It sits on an 11-acre site with a 9,000 Sf building; a 4,000 SF pool; as well as tennis, bocce ball, and pickle ball courts. The modern, one-story building showcases high-end finishes throughout various lounge areas, a coffee room, meeting rooms, and a fitness center to provide spaces to relax, socialize, gather, and workout. Parkway delivered turnkey design-build services for this project that include Architecture, Interior Design, FF&E procurement, Pre-construction, and Construction Management.
