Parkway Breaks Ground on Senior Living Development in Carrollton, Texas

A new and unique option for independent/active adult housing is coming to Carrollton, Texas. In January, Heritage Communities broke ground on a 140-unit senior living community that consists of assisted living, memory care, and independent living apartments – all under one roof. The development includes a full commercial kitchen, dining areas, administrative offices, lounges, community rooms, multi-purpose rooms, bathing areas, and a hair salon.
 
Orchard Pointe at Creek Valley is slated to open Fall 2023. Parkway is honored to partner with Direct Supply and Heritage Communities as they expand and bring new and innovative senior living options to Texas.
