Hilton Garden Inn design build project

Our design build (full service project: design, construction, FF&E, procurement) team has been working on a new ground-up 84,000 sf Hilton Garden Inn in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. This hospitality building will have 121 guest rooms, ballrooms, and an indoor swimming pool.
