Palm Harbor Homes, Cavco Plant Expansion

Palm Harbor Homes, A Cavco Industries, Inc. brand celebrated the grand opening of their Fort Worth plant expansion last week. Parkway and Cavco came together for a jambalaya cookout for their employees in celebration of the new building.

Parkway provided integrated design-build services for the 22,400 square manufacturing facility. The new construction PEMB project is an expansion to Cavco’s existing industrial site used for chases and frame production of its commercial modular construction. 

Palm Harbor Homes is one of the largest marketers of factory-built homes in the United States. The company builds, sells, finances and insures manufactured and modular homes in Texas. The Fort Worth, Texas location is one of more than 15 manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S.
