The Golf Club at Prescott Lakes is an 18-hole championship golf course located Prescott Arizona. Parkway provided full service design-build to help Prescott Lakes Golf Club develop their clubhouse from concept to completion. Parkway’s Team provided pre-construction services, site investigation, scheduling, estimating, architectural, and engineering services. Our construction management services were woven in this process for a seamless transition to the construction phase. Using our 3-D modeling, Parkway helped the Prescott Lakes Team see what the clubhouse would look like and accurately estimate the cost. Parkway delivered the project on time and on budget from schematic design through construction.
