Parkway adopted specific LEAN construction best practices per our request. The application of practices resulted in a 14 month project being commissioned two months early. Implementing these practices was requested late in the contracting cycle and demonstrated Parkway's agility and willingness to partner.

It's very rare that a general contractor goes beyond plan and spec for a way to improve upon design and functionality. Rarer still is the fact that the owner is not asked to pay for this improvement, but ultimately will benefit from it. This is old school, to say the least, and it's a unique thought process to improve the design standard.
